  31. (the Author of Pinochle97) in both content and size, and without modification.

  35. The Pinochle97 Software CANNOT be modified in any way (other than that 
  36. mentioned in the following paragraph) and must be distributed as a complete

  39. Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to
  40. each archived file. This text file describes the BBS and tells
  41. people that the file was downloaded from that particular BBS.
  42. Other BBSs add a small one-line message with their BBS name and
  43. phone number into the compressed file, which will display when
  44. the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of mentioning
  45. your BBS are acceptable and may be used, provided the software 
  46. package is otherwise unmodified and complete.

  49. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
